    • 1. Shipping Policy
      At Afloia, we are proud to offer 24-hour order processing (excluding weekends and holidays). All items purchased include Free Standard Shipping to all US and European destinations within 3 to 7 business days.
      
    • 2. Shipping Carrier
      Afloia ships with FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS, etc. for our deliveries.
    • 3. Processing Orders
      Orders are processed within 24 hours and are shipped out as soon as possible.
    • 4. Shipping Time
      United States and Canada: 3-7 business days
      
      Free standard shipping is included on all orders and is guaranteed to arrive within 3 to 7 business days. Military APO/FPO addresses and P.O. Boxes are not included. 
      
    • 5. Undeliverable Packages
      Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. After three delivery attempts, the package will be returned to Afloia as an undeliverable package. In the event that this occurs, please contact us at service@afloia.com to make arrangements for reshipment.
    • 6. Canceled Orders
      We make every attempt to process orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, you should notify our customer service to cancel orders before 02:00 PM (PST) on the same day the order was placed by contacting service@afloia.com. Make sure to include your order number when requesting an order cancellation.(Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or canceled.)
      
      The shipping time is up to multiple factors, like the destination country, custom, weather, and so on, which is really hard to control. This is what we are working on all the time to make it better and improved.
